When a corrective action, recall, audit response or reporting task is already underway, the documentation question can be specific: which supplied record supports each client-defined item, and what remains unresolved?
PG Systems Lab reconciles existing records against the requirements, owners, deadlines and reporting references your team has already identified. The output is a structured working pack for your team’s internal review.

What PGSL Can Reconcile
- Client-provided obligation and task references: the findings, requirements, requests or actions your team has already identified.
- Existing evidence and supporting records: supplied identifiers, versions, document relationships and availability.
- Pre-identified owners and deadlines: linked to the relevant records without assigning responsibility or determining legal deadlines.
- Third-party dependencies: documentation questions or records that require input from a provider identified in the supplied materials.
- Evidence gaps and open documentation questions: unprovided records, incomplete support and conflicting references within the agreed input set.
- Reporting and submission references: connections among your existing indexes, supporting records and supplied receipt references.
Your team supplies the applicable requirements and scope. PGSL does not independently identify or interpret legal obligations. A missing record in the supplied package does not establish that the record does not exist.
What You Receive
A populated Excel workbook with the agreed scope and input register, reconciliation matrix, source/document references, documentation statuses, third-party dependencies, open questions and a summary of limitations. A PDF reader edition can accompany it where agreed.
A typical row connects a client-defined item to its supplied owner and deadline references, existing action or status, supporting records, observed relationship, unresolved documentation question and reporting reference.
The exact record set, fields and output are agreed before work begins. Unresolved questions remain visible; matching document references does not establish authenticity, technical adequacy, regulatory acceptance or compliance.
How an Engagement Works
- Initial inquiry. Send a non-confidential description of one documentation problem, the available record types and approximate volume, your desired output and any client-identified deadline. Scoping can be handled by email; a phone or video call is not required.
- Scope and input definition. Agree in writing on the task, records to be supplied, client-provided references, questions reserved for specialists, deliverables, fee and timing. Agree record-sharing arrangements before providing internal files.
- Documentation and evidence reconciliation. PGSL registers the supplied inputs, compares the agreed document fields and relationships, and records conflicts, unprovided records and third-party dependencies.
- Structured deliverable handover. Receive the agreed working pack and open questions for your team’s review. Your team and its qualified specialists make substantive decisions and determine the next actions.
