Discuss an Evidence Reconciliation Project
Have existing records that need to be linked to requirements, owners and deadlines your team has already identified? Use this form to discuss one defined documentation task with Masaru Inose, PGSL’s founder and independent operator.
Scoping can be handled by email. A phone or video call is not required.
Go to the inquiry form · Read the service scope · View the independent work sample
For a service inquiry, use the subject Evidence reconciliation inquiry. In the Message field, briefly include:
- Your organization and the documentation problem you want addressed.
- The types and approximate volume of records available.
- The output you need, such as a reconciliation workbook or an open-questions list.
- Any deadline your team has already identified, and a public reference if relevant.
A short description is enough to start. If a detail is not yet known, say so.
Start with non-confidential information only. Do not send internal records, confidential customer data, passwords, API keys, payment details, private account links or unnecessary personal information. Scope and record-sharing arrangements are agreed before internal files are provided.
Information submitted through this form is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

What Happens Next
The next step is to clarify whether the task fits PGSL’s documentation scope and what inputs and output it would require. Any engagement requires written agreement on scope, inputs, deliverables, fee and timing before work begins.
Submitting an inquiry does not commit either party to an engagement.
