Sample Work — Regulatory Evidence Reconciliation Pack

PG Systems Lab · Independent work sample

See how existing records become a traceable working pack for your team’s internal review.

PGSL organizes the obligations, owners, deadlines and reporting references your team has already identified, then reconciles them with the records you supply. This sample lets you inspect the structure, source trail and documentation questions before discussing a bounded engagement.

Independent demonstration — not client work. PGSL was not engaged by Zen Enterprises LLC and had no role in its FDA matter. The public section uses two historical FDA letters. A separate fictional exercise demonstrates document-level reconciliation. No internal Zen Enterprises records were reviewed.

What this sample contains

Historical public records

Six observations cross-reference FDA’s April 18, 2024 warning letter and September 11, 2024 close-out letter concerning Zen Enterprises LLC. Statements are attributed to FDA and linked to specific source locations.

The close-out describes discontinuation. It does not establish corrected active listings, the contents of internal records, or current compliance.

A separate fictional client exercise

Six client-defined tasks are reconciled against eight document-register entries: seven supplied excerpts and one explicitly unprovided record. The excerpts are included so you can check the comparisons yourself.

All tasks, records, roles, providers and dates in this exercise are fictional. SIM-prefixed identifiers distinguish its records and references from the public-source section. None represents Zen Enterprises or an actual client.

Simulated Client Inputs. The following example uses invented records only.

The client asks PGSL to connect a response index to its receipt. The receipt identifier agrees, but the package identifiers do not.

SIM-D03 · Index: receipt SIM-RCPT-88 → package SIM-PKG-041
SIM-D04 · Receipt: SIM-RCPT-88 → package SIM-PKG-014

Link the indexed package to the supplied receipt.Reference conflict. The two supplied records name different packages.Ask the client and its service provider to confirm the relationship. Preserve both records and keep the link unresolved.

This check does not establish regulator receipt, acceptance or compliance. PGSL does not silently correct the reference or choose which record governs.

What the client provides

  • One defined documentation problem and the obligations, requests or actions your team has already identified.
  • The existing records you want reconciled, including available versions and document references.
  • Your designated owners, deadlines or internal review dates, intended document versions and reporting references.
  • The boundaries of the review and any questions reserved for your qualified specialists.

What PGSL does

  1. Register the inputs. Keep the supplied scope and source references traceable.
  2. Reconcile document relationships. Compare identifiers, versions, document availability and the fields specified in the agreed scope.
  3. Record unresolved points. Separate conflicts, incomplete support, unprovided records and third-party dependencies.
  4. Prepare the handover. Return a matrix and precise questions tied to the client’s owners and report references.

How evidence is organized

Each matrix row links a task or public observation to source IDs, record references, the observed relationship, a defined status and any follow-up. Public information and fictional client inputs occupy separate worksheets.

  • Verified Public Information: an attributed statement found in a reviewed official source.
  • Simulated Client Inputs: conspicuously labeled invented material used to demonstrate the workflow.
  • Not Publicly Verifiable: an internal fact the reviewed public sources do not establish. It is not a finding that a company’s evidence is missing.

What the client receives

A populated Excel workbook with the agreed scope and input register, reconciliation matrix, source/document register, availability and verification statuses, dependency register, open questions, executive summary and limitations. A PDF reader edition can accompany it.

The exact record set, output and review boundaries are agreed before work begins. This sample is a demonstration of format and method, not a promise of a particular project result, fee or turnaround.

Scope and limitations

PGSL performs documentation support. Your team and its qualified specialists retain responsibility for identifying and interpreting obligations, selecting the applicable requirements and deadlines, and making legal, regulatory, medical, safety or engineering judgments.

PGSL does not provide regulatory representation, submissions to authorities on your behalf, technical remediation, audit opinions or compliance certification. Document agreement does not establish authenticity, technical adequacy or acceptance by a regulator.

The public portion is limited to two dated letters. It is not a current assessment of Zen Enterprises. Open questions in the fictional exercise are intentional: they show the completed reconciliation of a bounded input package with unresolved documentation points.

Official sources

Document dates are confirmed. Original webpage publication dates are not displayed in the reviewed sources. Checked October 14, 2026.

Briefly describe the documentation problem, the types and approximate volume of records available, the output you need, and any deadline your team has already identified. Include a public reference if relevant.

Scoping can be handled by email. A phone or video call is not required. Start with a non-confidential description. Record-sharing arrangements and scope are agreed before internal files are provided.
